The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors

Ground floor

• You enter the house through the old wine caves which leads you to a laundry area with washer and dryer.
• Bedroom 3 comes with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a Super-King size bed). The bedroom has views to the garden and pool area and plenty of storage
• Bedroom 4 has a double bed with views to the garden and plenty of storage
• There is a family bathroom with shower, toilet & WC
• A games room/home office is fitted with a sofa bed. This room leads onto the cinema room with a projector

First floor

• The large open-plan living room features 2 large sofas laid out around a log burner. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people. A set of double patio doors leads out onto the large roof terrace with outdoor sofa set, BBQ & patio table.
• Fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and  dishwasher. There is also a kitchen table and patio doors lead out to an additional terrace.
• The master bedroom comes with a Super-King size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the roof terrace.
• Bedroom 2 features twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The twin beds can be joined together to form a Super-King size bed. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom onto the roof terrace.

Outside

• The fabulous landscaped garden comes with a large 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool. Surrounding the pool there is a large sun deck with sun beds and a beautiful old pool house.
• The garden also contains a lawn with a treehouse and further seating and relaxing areas.
• There is parking for 2/3 cars.
• The roof terrace off the living room contains an outdoor eating area with large patio table, a parasol and a gas barbecue. There are lovely views from the terrace.

Maison Lavande holiday rentals South France - prices

Maison Lavande is available for weekly rentals between June and September. The prices includes linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. There is a €500 security deposit and all guests are required to be covered by travel insurance.
