The apartment has been extensively renovated and comes with a large open plan living room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. 

• The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is plenty of cupboard storage and the kitchen has a set of plates, cutler, glasses and cooking utensils.
• The lounge has a double height ceiling with a skylight, which provides plenty of light and a sense of space. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, a TV and coffee table. The sofa folds out to form a double sofa bed, perfect for occasional guests.
