The holiday rental property is laid out over 3 floors.

Ground floor

The front door opens onto a staircase up to the first floor and a door into the garage.

• The garage provides parking for 2-3 cars or a car and a large van.
• Next to the garage there is a large storage room that provides access out into the garden.

First floor

The main living space is very bright and airy and encompasses a large living, well equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 4th bedroom and access out onto the upper terrace.

• The large living room features 2 large sofas arranged around a coffee table, a large flat screen TV (with internet channels). Two French windows allow plenty of light to flood into the room.
• There is a large dining table with seating for 6-8 people.
• The large kitchen contains a central island and a round breakfast table. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and there is a good range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Bedroom 4 contains a double bed and a storage/hanging space
• There is a toilet on this floor.
• There is a sitting room with direct access onto the upper terrace.

Second floor

Steps take you up to the second floor where you arrive on the landing, which comes with a large storage cupboard. The landing provides access to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 is a spacious double bedroom that also comes with a walk-in dressing room. There is a standard double bed and a small sofa.
• Bedroom 2 is another large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and lovely views out over the surrounding hills.
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.
• The bathroom comes with a shower, small bath, double sink unit and a WC.

Outside

• There is beautiful swimming pool (6m x 4m). Next to the pool there is a nice terrace with patio furniture.
• The garden comes with mature trees and a stone built barbecue.
• On the first floor there is a second terrace with a large table. This is a great space for enjoying the early morning sunshine and a cup of coffee.

The rental price includes all the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

The Owner would prefer not to accept pets.
