The villa is laid out on 2 floors and provides 120m² of living space. 

Ground floor

• There is a large living room which comes with a home office/study and 3 sets of French windows which provide access to the garden and terrace. The living room has 2 sofas, an armchair and a flat screen TV.
• There is a large dining room with large table and seating for up to 8 people.
• There is an enclosed veranda with an additional dining table. The veranda enjoys lovely views out over the vineyards to the hills beyond.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine and large fridge-freezer. There is plenty of storage space, as well as a good range of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, additional large fridge-freezer and fitted units.
• Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor. This comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. A set of French windows lead out onto the terrace and garden.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a large double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and fitted wardrobes.
• There is a bathroom next to the bedroom. This comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• There is a guest WC on this floor.

First floor

• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom, which comes with a chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
• The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Outside

• There is a beautiful private swimming pool (8m x 4m). Surrounding the pool there is a pool terrace with stunning views over the vineyards.
• There are two terraces, one comes with a large patio sofa and the other with a long table and chairs and both enjoy incredible views. There is a purpose built charcoal Barbecue.
• There is parking for several cars.

Villa rental South France with private pool - prices

The rental price includes the provision of linen and bath towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning. A security deposit of €500 is to be paid with the final holiday balance and this will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
