Vue du Château is a large holiday villa in Southern France with private pool, 6 bedrooms and stunning views of the local Chateau. The villa is located in the pretty village of Margon, just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Pezenas.
This spacious villa is perfect for large family groups and is situated in a quiet location with various seating areas & ample parking. The 13th Century Chateau de Margon is located just at the end of the garden.

The main attraction of this villa is the outdoor space. The garden is fantastic and you can easily spend all your days lazing by the pool, eating and sipping on the local Languedoc wine. One thing is for sure, you will not tire of the view from the garden over the village of Margon and the stunning 13th century Chateau. The Chateau has been owned by the same family since Louis XIV.

Outside
The villa has a private heated pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. The pool is 10m x 4m and is fitted with roman steps and has an electronic safety cover. There are sun loungers and chairs.
Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with a charcoal BBQ, bar area and a covered dining area and outdoor lounge. The lounge comes with a corner sofa and easy chairs. Behind the summer kitchen there is a floodlit boules pitch. There is parking for 3 cars behind the property.

Last visited: September 2020 If you are on the hunt for large holiday villa with private pool in South France, then this 6 bedroom villa in Margon is just the place. This is the perfect family villa - with a large pool, sunny terraces, a lovely summer kitchen and a bar around the corner. Just imagine relaxing around the pool and soaking up the sun and gazing out over the beautiful Chateau in the heart of the village
Margon is a pretty Languedoc village and the Mediterranean beaches are under 30 mins away. The surrounding countryside is covered in excellent vineyards and the popular town of Pezenas is just a short drive.
Vue du Chateau is one of the most popular holiday villas on Go Languedoc and it comes with excellent reviews.

Villa Vue Du Chateau is located on the edge of Margon, an historic village built around the impressive Chateau. There are 500 inhabitants in the village. The village boasts its own bar/restaurant/epicerie and a wine cellar. Margon is located in the heart of Languedoc´s splendid wine growing region There is a wealth of things to do and see within one hour, including: seaside beaches, mountain tours, walking or cycling in wooded hillsides, wine tasting, Cathar castles, local village festivals and superb markets.
The historic town of Pezenas, is just 10 minutes away. The ancient villages of Roquebrun and Olargues are located up in the Orb valley. St Guilhem le Desert, offers a lovely day trip - combining canoeing for the children and lovely restaurants for the adults. The Canal du Midi, Carcassonne and Montpellier are all within one hour of Margon.

There is a TGV train station in the nearby towns of Agde and Beziers.

I didn`t want to leave
We all commented that the house exceeded expectations. We had a great time and other than getting the kids out and about none of us wanted to move away from the comfort of the house and the pool. Philippe the manager is excellent and has gone out of his way to repatriate us with an errant spare car key. Perhaps I didn`t want to leave!

Beautiful villa with newly renovated kitchen
This villa provides everything you need for a family or group holiday in South France. With 6 bedrooms, 2 terraces and spacious interior the house can easily accommodate up to 12 people without feeling like you are living on top of each other. The pool and games room will keep the children occupied and the summer kitchen, bouules pitch and sun terrace are perfect for the adults. The villa has a newly installed kitchen and you will never tire of the view looking out over the Chateau. The villa is great value for a summer holiday and the very efficient property manager makes sure that everything is in tip-top condition for your stay.

Je n`ai pas eu l`occasion de vous faire part des excellentes vacances que nous avons pass?es cet ?t? ? MARGON. La maison et la r?gion nous ont beaucoup plues, et nous souhaiterions pouvoir revenir au mois d`Aout 2020. Merci de me faire savoir si la maison sera toujours ? louer, et si 2 semaines seraient libres.
I did not have the opportunity to share with you the excellent holidays we had this summer in MARGON. We liked the house and the region very much, and we would like to be able to return in August 2019. Please let me know if the house will still be available for rent, and if 2 weeks would be available.

Booking terms for Villa Vue du Chateau, are as follows.
25% deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. €500 security deposit to be paid prior to arrival and refunded approx one week after check out.
No smoking inside the villa. Pets are accepted through prior arrangement (there is a €40 fee - this is simply a cost price for paying for additional cleaning hours to remove any pet hair and odours). Guests are requested not to allow animals to foul in the garden.
Check in after 16.00 on day of arrival. Check out before 10.00 on day of departure.
