Villa Seize is a modern holiday rentals property in South France with a private pool. The holiday villa is situated on the outskirts of the charming town of Pezenas in Southern France. The villa comes with a lovely swimming pool (9m x 4m), 4 bedrooms, air conditioning and is well decorated throughout.
The villa just a 15 minute walk into the historical town centre of Pezenas and there are local shops and a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. Pezenas is a great location to explore the South of France. The Mediterranean beaches are just 20 mins away and the local road network provides easy access to Montpellier, Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassone and the Languedoc coast

Pezenas holiday rentals villa South France - Our opinion:
Last visited December 2021. This villa comes with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, large private pool and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The villa sleeps 8 people in comfort and is situated in a calm residential area on the outskirts of the historic town of Pezenas in South of France.
It is a short 15 mins walk into the centre of Pezenas, where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants, visit the amazing Saturday market and enjoy the huge food & wine festival every Friday night.

Villla Seize is located within walking distance of the centre of the historic town of Pezenas, the villa is situated in a quiet road in a residential area. Pezenas is described in the Rough Guide as one of the most singularly beautiful towns in the French Southwest, and in addition to an important Saturday market, there are numerous events staged in the town during an extended season. While the old town with a good selection of shops and restaurants and its historic building trail is about 1km away, there is a large supermarket within 3 minutes walk.
The villa is within easy driving reach of long, sandy Mediterranean beaches (Marseillan Plage 24km)and has quick access to the A9 and A75 autoroutes, providing fast links to the many attractions abounding in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Cevennes areas. The vibrant port town of Cap d`Agde is only a 20 minute drive away.
Other transport
There is a regular bus service from Pezenas to Agde, Beziers and Montpellier (all of which have a TGV train station).

The villa is very easy to find, being within 1km of the end of the A75 autoroute, a Motorway leading down from Clermont-Ferrand over the spectacular Millau Viaduct, straight down to Pezenas.

Exceptional accommodation
The photographs of this property do not reflect the exceptional standard of accommodation. My extended family of 8 aged 8-80 years old spent three glorious weeks here . Inside, the villa is probably the best equipped I have rented , the kitchen would satisfy the most experienced cooks! The living space was generous and comfortable and the bedrooms were beautifully cool and restful . Outside there is a wonderful kitchen and BBQ , a lawn at the front for boules and a large pool at the back with ample loungers and big shades. The area is stunning and there were lots of places to visit when we could tear ourselves away from the lovely house. We had a small issue which was swiftly resolved by Alex and Marie who manage the house ( within 15 minutes ). Booking was easy through Jane via Go South France who answered multiple queries to ensure the house suited the needs of my mother who has severely restricted mobility ( the villa was very suitable with one small step at the front). We will be returning .

Back for 3rd year running!!!
Think title says it all. Villa as fabulous as last 2 years. Everything you could possibly need and more within walking distance of beautiful town. Explored Montpelier, Narbonne and local vineyard with wine tasting. Weather brilliant for many BBQ s and lazing by the huge pool. We will be back!!

Comfortable and relaxed.
I have just returned home after our stay in Villa 16 in Pezenas. We all had a wonderful time; We shall see ! I would just like to say that we all loved the Villa and felt completely relaxed and `at home` there. Thank you for setting up the booking and sending me all the required information etc. I hope that we may be able to return to the same Villa in the not-so-distant future. Thank you again.

Lovely villa in Pezenas
The photos of the villa did not do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised that it was so spacious. There were plenty of places to choose from at mealtimes either by the pool or beside the barbecue area and inside of course where there was a large dining table. The pool was great for the children with the shallow area and steps at one end and is the best one in all the villas we have stayed in so far. The kitchen was very well equipped and the barbecue area was very good too. The villa was near enough for us to walk into Pezenas which we did on a few occasions. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely villa in Pezenas
The villa was so spacious and the pool was great for the children. Very handy for Pezenas and the Supermarkets. The kitchen was very well equipped and the barbecue area was great. Had a great time.
