This spacious holiday rental property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comes with stylish interiors and all the modern facilities that you will need, including air conditioning, fibre internet and a range of international TV channels. The house is laid out over 2 levels.

Ground floor

• There is a large entrance lobby, with stairs leading up to the first floor. This space is ideal for storing bikes, deck chairs and inflatables for the beach.

First floor

• You enter into the large living room. In the lounge there is a comfortable leather sofa and club armchairs, together with a coffee table and flat screen TV. French windows provide lovely views over the garden and pool.
• The dining area can seat 6-8 people.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery.
• Next to the kitchen there is a pantry with a large fridge-freezer and shelves for storing food and drinks.
• A corridor leads down to the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
• The Master bedroom comes with a large double bed, dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 2 comes with twin beds, a large wardrobe and beside tables.
• Bedroom 3 is a spacious room, with twin beds and a dressing area with a table and two chairs.
• The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside there is of course the beautiful saltwater swimming pool (10 x 4m) and wonderful garden area complete with mature Mediterranean plants. The patio provides a relaxing seating area, perfect for those warm summer nights in the South of France. There is also an outdoor shower area to cool off under.

There is parking available in a secure courtyard. 

Villa South of France prices:

Villa Dorothée is available weekly rentals during July and August. The prices include all bed linen and cleaning charges.  A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
