The holiday home is laid out over 3 floors.

Ground level

• There is a lovely summer kitchen and dining area (indoor & outdoor), shaded by a beautiful Mulberry tree. The summer kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, and plancha barbecue, perfect for long, relaxed meals. You’ll also find a Weber barbecue.
• There is a large terrace area in the garden, with outdoor seating.
• There is a 6m x 3m swimming pool (access via the garage) with a covered seating area.

First floor

This provides the main living area of the house

• There is a large veranda with lovely views over the countryside and towards the Pyrenees in the distance. The veranda has a large dining table and chairs and is the perfect space to enjoy an evening meal.
• The air-conditioned living room contains the lounge and kitchen.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a large range oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a central island with breakfast bar.
• The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs.

Second floor

• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC).
• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed and large antique wardrobe. The bedroom has air conditioning. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin.
• Bedroom 3 can be set up either as a twin bedroom or as a King-size bed.

The prices include the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. The house comes with a good Wi-Fi connection and has air conditioning in the main rooms.
