The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful stone town house. You approach the apartment via a curved stone staircase, which has remained unchanged for over 400 years.

• There is a large open plan living room with spacious lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. The living room features and double height ceiling and stone fireplace.
• The kitchen comes with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
• The dining table can set 6 people and looks out over the terrace.
• The lounge comes with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed). There is a large flat screen TV.
• The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.
• The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets and an antique wardrobe.

Outside:

The 30m2 roof terrace has lovely views of the original stone tower which once formed part of this impressive town house. The terrace is not overlooked and is comes with a large patio table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a BBQ. The terrace enjoys full sun during the day, with plenty of shaded corners.

The Watchtower is accessed via a small circular stone staircase. There is a sofa in the Watchtower and this is a lovely quiet space to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine in the evening. The uninterupted views over Pezenas are amazing.
