Gites in France with pool - facilities

This holiday apartment to rent in France comes with 2 bedrooms and can sleep 2-5 people. The gite has very high ceilings with original wooden exposed beams and handmade floor tiles.

• In the lounge, the luxurious corner sofa and armchair ensure there is plenty of space to lounge around when you are back from your day’s activities.
• The lounge is fitted with UK TV and a Blue ray DVD player (with an extensive DVD library). The views from the double French windows look over the Courtyard and across the valley. A Juliette balcony is there for safety measures.
• The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc.
• The large dining area provides plenty of room for extra chairs/baby seats etc. A cool bag and picnic basket and rug are also available.
• The Master bedroom has direct views over the valley and comes equipped with fans and a hairdryer.
• The Twin bedroom is tastefully decorated and comes with two comfortable beds and two chests of drawers for storage. An additional bed or baby cot can be added to the twin room if required. 
• The spacious bathroom has a power jet walk in shower and the sink has been built on locally sourced stone.

Laundry facilities are available and all the gites come with WiFi.

Outside: there is a lovely heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by old stone walls and plenty of sun loungers. The pool is heated during May, June and September. There is a secluded garden with BBQ and there are plenty of shade spots in the garden to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. There is a huge trampoline, a swing, and of course boules for a real touch of authentic France! Baby equipment and toys can also be provided on request.

Linen, bath and beach towels and electricity are included in the price. Maison de la Roche is a no smoking zone. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
