The house is stylishly furnished inside and comes with high quality fixtures and fittings. The design of the house was based on passive solar heating principles, which requires little or no heating throughout the year.

• The living room is simply furnished with a sofa and an armchair. There is a back-up wall heater (but this is rarely used). The full-height sliding patio doors provide access out to the terrace where there is a dining table and easy chairs.
• The kitchen comes equipped with a Samsung induction hob, Bosch fan oven, compact dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the house (and access to a clothes dryer can be arranged).
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, open hanging clothes storage and large sliding windows which provide access onto the terrace
• Bedroom 2 is also fitted with a double bed and open hanging clothes storage and has lovely views and access to the terrace.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double wash basins and a WC.
• There is a separate second WC with hand basin.

Outside

• The south-facing terrace is a great space for dining & relaxing. A second dining table is available for the terrace. There are stunning views of the Pyrenees and the local hamlet.
• There is a small plunge pool (2.3m x 3.3m)
• There is parking for 2 cars (more can be accommodated if required)

The house can be rented on a monthly basis between October to April. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €100 per month towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Minimum stay is normally 2 months.

Long term rentals (Oct-Apr): from €800 per month + bills, based on a 3 month rental period
