Holiday home South France pool - facilities:

The holiday home is situated in the centre of this lovely old Languedoc village and is just 100m from restaurants and shops. The house used to be a wine `cave` where local winemakers used to deposit their grapes and store wines here. One of the original wine vats (`cuve`) has been opened up to make a large and spacious bathroom. The interior of the house is laid out over three levels. The original beams and stone sinks have been retained to contrast with the bleached floorboards, Mediterranean paint-washed walls and terracotta flagstone floors.

Ground floor

There is a lounge, a dining room, kitchen and a double bedroom.

• The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, fireplace and comfy seating for 9 people.
• The dining room can comfortably seat 8 people.
• The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, ice maker, dish washer, grill and 4 ring stove.
• The bedroom on the ground floor is fitted with a double bed.

First floor

On the first and second floors there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

• The master bedroom contains a large double bed and is spacious enough to accommodate a baby cot.
• There is also a twin bedroom (which comes with an additional foldaway bed) and a cool bunk-bedroom for children, which can sleep up to 3.
• The first bathroom has a toilet, bath with shower and two sinks.
• The second bathroom also has a bath with shower attachment and there is a separate toilet.

Outside:

The courtyard hosts a Mediterranean garden with private swimming pool. There is a BBQ and a dining area on the terrace. The house comes with private off-street parking.
