Mas Vell-Roure luxury villa rental in South France is located on a large private plot on the edge of the village and is finished to a high standard. The villa is spacious inside and laid out over 2 levels.

Living Area

The villa has an abundance of space for 12 people yet feels very homely.

The large open plan living area has;

• Newly furnished lounge with three comfortable sofas.
• Large dining table that can seat 12 people comfortably
• Fantastic fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, coffee machine, Range Oven and dishwasher.
• A separate utility room with 9kg washing machine, perfect for large families.
• Not 1 but 3 french doors leading out to the terrace, garden and pool area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Ground floor:

• Bedroom 1: King Sized bed with patio doors onto the terrace
• Bedroom 2: Twin Iron framed bed with plenty of storage with extra day bed with an extra mattress.
• Family Bathroom + Extra shower room

First Floor:

• Bedroom 3: Master suite, with King sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath, a huge shower and his & her sinks. The master has access onto a  terrace overlooking the pool and has views onto the surrounding mountains.
• Bedroom 4: King sized bed with en-suite bathroom and fabulous views 
• Bedroom 5: Twin beds with traditional storage and views out to the valley below, with en-suite shower room.

On the first floor there is a second living area with board games and a TV. It too presents fabulous views from the windows and is a wonderful space for children or adults alike to relax and enjoy.

Outside: 

There is a fabulous large swimming pool (10m x 5m) which is surrounded by a security fence. Next to the pool there is an open sun terrace with sun beds, patio furniture and parasols. There is a patio awning over the large dining table on the terrace. This is a great space for a meal. There is also a BBQ next to the terrace.

Prices are weekly and include a weekly clean. Linen and bath towels are provided (but not pool or beach towels). During high season (July and August), the changeover day is Friday. During other periods the changeover day can be flexible.
