This bedroom has access out onto the first floor terrace via a set of French windows. Bedroom 2 comes with twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and a small balcony that runs along the side of the house and catches the evening sun..
On the first floor there is also a large family bathroom with a luxury shower, large hand basin, toilet and storage for towels and toiletries. There is also a separate toilet just off the landing.

The sitting room provides access out onto the first floor terrace, with steps down to the pool area.
Outside: there is a brand new swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) with security pool cover. The pool is normally closed during the winter period, but it can be heated if required (although this would be at an additional charge). The fully enclosed walled garden is laid with attractive tiling and flower beds. There are plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs. There is a covered terrace with a state-of-the-art barbecue, gas burner ring and sink and an outdoor dining area with table for 8 people. On the first floor there is a large terrace over-looking the pool. The terrace comes with a patio table and chairs for 8 people.
There is private parking for one large car in the garage.

Well this long term rentals property in Pomerols is very spacious inside and benefits from a lovely terrace, nice walled-garden, Wifi, off-road parking and satellite/cable TV. Pomerols is well-located to explore the area, with access to the A9 motoway in under 10 minutes. The nearby towns of Marseillan and Meze provide a good range of restaurants and the village of Pomerols itself also provides all the main shops and services that you will need. Highly recommended!!

The popular village of Pomerols is well equipped for a summer vacation. The village has 2 boulangeries, a butcher, a greengrocer/grocery store, a newsagent and a pharmacy. The village also has 2 popular restaurants and a local bar (plus take-away pizza). Just on the edge of the village there is a large Super U supermarket, as well as a number of sports facilities (football, tennis, boules).
The award winning Beauvignac wine cave produces the highly popular Picpoul de Pinet white ine, together with a number of other vintages.
The beaches at Meze, Marseillan Plage and Sete are just a short drive away. The coastal ports of Meze and Marseillan have a number of excellent restaurants and the fishing village of Bouzigues produces some of the best oysters and mussels in France.
In terms of local restaurants, Bistro Alex at the wine cooperative in the neighbouring village of Florensac, Table d´Emilie in Marseillan and Les Saveurs de Thau in Meze are all recommended.
