Super house, bags of room for our family and everything pretty much thought of. Lots of crockery, pots, pans, glasses etc. We were there when the temp outside was mid thirties, and the house remained cool inside. We toured the area nearly every day, taking advantage of the pool and the outside dining in the early evening. Great to sit outside on the settees and relax with a book. Lovely quiet little village with bags of history, a small shop where you can get bread and a bar. A restaurant had also recently opened but we didn't get chance to try it. Easy access to main roads, and large CarreFour about 20 mins away. Lots to do in the area, and plenty to keep everyone happy. From here it's easy to do Carcasonne & Avignon, and great local beaches and villages to explore. The kids did a "Go Ape" just 15 mins away and much better than the UK and better value. You are surrounded by vineyards, and if we didn't have the kids with us we would have probably taken advantage of the wine tasting, and lunch which is offered at 2 local vineyards. Pezenas is well worth a visit, and some great restaurants and shopping in the old town.
We thought the house was excellent value for money, and ideal for 2 families.
There are very sheer curtains in the main bedroom though, so be prepared to be awake at sunrise !
