Perfectly presented with lots of very thoughtful touches by the owners to ensure a perfect stay. The location of the property is in the best part of Pezenas , very close to the central heart and with at least 4 bakeries to choose from within minutes from the front door for your morning croissant. Another bonus is the plentiful supply of parking very close by. Highly recommended. Timothy M. Submitted: Oct 31, 2015
We recently spent 4 days in Pezenas at this great apartment. It was very conveniently located to everything, but not on a busy thoroughfare. We arrived on Saturday for the market, so we parked in one of the free lots suggested by David and had an easy walk through the town to the place. It was very safe with the neighbours looking out for each other and friendly. The flat itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. David & Holly have really put a lot of thought into what visitors will need. There were plenty of hooks for coats and towels. The kitchen was well equipped, a wooden baguette bowl and wine bottle opener at the ready! Also, shopping bags for a run downstairs to the SPAR market or CarreFour down the road for a big shop, plenty of guide books and other entertainment. Lastly, just wanted to mention the artwork on the walls. Fantastic paintings of the area. Not sure why I didn't put 2+2 together before we arrived that this is the home of an artist, so naturally it's filled with his art! But this artist must be both right and left brained because it was an aesthetically pleasing yet super organized flat. It's very easy to get to from Montpellier Airport. Also, convenient to Bezier, Carcassonne, Sete, Marseillan, Canal du Midi and all the lovely villages and vineyards surrounding. Highly recommended. JOe M. Submitted: Apr 21, 2016
We enjoyed eight nights at Holly and David's apartment in Pezenas. For anyone exploring the Languedoc-Roussillon area of France, the location is ideal. We explored the region around us during the day and spent our evenings in the village. We tried a different restaurant each night...the cuisine exceeded our expectations. Our favourites: Maison Conti, Le Saint Roch and Les Palmiers. The people of Pezenas welcomed us with open arms. The village is a delightful old labyrinth of laneways filled with artisans and their studios. Be sure to take in the Saturday market! The apartment was as described in a historic building tucked within the town centre. The bedrooms are quite large and comfortable. There were only two of us, but the flat could easily accommodate a family of four with room to spare. We liked that the shower room was separate from the WC, and both rooms were very clean and modern. The owners provide a nicely stocked kitchen with all the necessities should you choose to eat in. A welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us too! The Wifi worked well, which was appreciated as it allowed us to easily keep in touch with family back home.
Nothing at all
