We left it really late to book our summer holiday and cannot believe we stumbled accross this stunning property. The whole booking process was really straightforward and everyone concerned was so helpful and made it really a pleasant, easy experience. From the time we arrived we were able to relax, as everything was so well provided for, including a library - well stocked with DVDs, books, music & games room. There are so many communal alfresco dining areas. We travelled with our 4 children, ages 10 to 17 and there was never an 'I'm bored!' moment, with so much to do both in and around the property as well as further afield. We were excellently located for day excursions - there are numerous lakes, pretty villages, beaches etc all within an hours drive. We visitied Montpellier, Nimes and Pezenas and stopped off at various markets and wine caves. A highlight of our trip and an absolute must-see is the Cirque de Navacelles. 2 weeks was nowhere near enough time and we still have so much more to do in the area. Everyone was very friendly and extremely kind and patient with our lack of ability to speak french, It's a fantastic location for trekking and bike rides and I could have easily spent another month there eating the fresh figs and almonds from the trees in the garden. The only downside? Giant insects! Definately remember your mosquito repellant and watch out for the hornets!
