This beautiful stone property provides superior accommodation and comes with stunning views over the region of the Pic Saint Loup. This gorgeous French holiday rental was painstakingly built over a 4 year period, using a combination natural stone and high-tech modern materials. The results are spectacular. The property provides 85m2 of living space laid out over 2 floors. The property contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The surrounding area is a famous for olive oil production and good Languedoc wine.
The property is situated on a hillside and comes with commanding views over the local countryside. This French holiday rental with pool is laid out over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open plan living room, which measures 35 m2. The living room has a nice stone tiled floor. The lounge area comes with a corner sofa, flat screen TV (102 cm) and DVD player. A set of patio doors leads out onto the terrace and garden. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. Next to the dining table there is a stylish wood burning stove. The kitchen has a kitchen island with induction hob and extractor hood. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
A set of steps takes you up to the first floor where you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 comes with a large double bed (160×200cm) and an en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds (80×200cm), which can also be combined to form a double bed. Bedroom 3 also has two single beds (80×200cm), which can be combined to form a double bed. There is a spacious shower room with toilet, large wash basin and walk-in shower.
All rooms are served by Wifi Internet and Ethernet. The property is attached to the main house, but it has a separate independent access and the private terrace is solely for guests to use.
Outside - there is a South-facing private garden with amazing views. The garden comes with a lawn and a small wooden deck with table and chairs and 2 deck chairs. There is also a charcoal barbecue. A poath takes you around to the terraced garden and the swimming pool. The pool measures 9mx3m and contains roman steps for easy access. Surrounding the pool there is a lovely pool deck and sun beds. This is the perfect space for sunbathing. The pool is shared with the owners. The pool is unheated and is normally available from June to September.
The prices for this French holiday rental with pool are weekly and include linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. The owners prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the high season.
If you have additional friends and family who may join you for part of your stay, then the owners of the house also run a B&B, which can provide additional accommodation.

The village of Corconne is just a 3 minutes walk and here you will find a children’s playground and a football pitch. In the village, you can buy bread and pastries every day. Larger shops are to be found in Quissac (8 km). There is also bus service from Nimes to Quissac. The villa is also close to the beautiful village of Sauve, full of restaurants and shops.

Uzès: this little town of arts is the home of the First French Duchy. With its paved streets, 17th century mansions and many antique shops, Uzes is a real jewel in the Languedoc! Visit the Fenestrelle medieval tower, la "place aux herbes" and its provençal market.
Le Pont du Gard: This famous Roman aqueduct, now classified as an UNESCO world heritage site, is one of the most impressive archaeological remains from the Roman Empire.
