The charming medieval village St. Jeannet is located 400 meters above sea level at the foot of the Baou St. Jeannet about 14 km from Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport. From the village and the villa there are panoramic views to mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 12 km away. The villa in St. Jeannet is situated just outside the charming medieval village and every morning it is a fantastic experience to walk up to the bakery enjoying the magnificent views over the French Riviera all the way. Sometimes a visit to the butcher is also part of the stroll. He has the best meat possible including that of his own lambs from the surrounding mountains. Morning coffee and lunch are enjoyed on the terrace by the pool and in the evening the outside kitchen is the base for grilling meat and vegetables. Sometimes we enjoy a meal in one of the village restaurants or in the old city of Vence nearby. Other days we might visit one of the many art museums or the markets in Antibes. If we feel the need for exercise there is a walk to the top of the 800m Baou just behind the villa - this will certainly make you fit. After that a relaxing stay at the pool makes you think life is just so good!

Our Party had a fantastic time at your Villa. We enjoyed the spectacular views, took regular walks up to the quaint village, and of course made the most of the pool facilities. With use of our hire car we were able to drive to surrounding villages and further afield to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and beautiful Eze.
The Villa was clean and well maintained and an ideal size for our party of 9. We would highly recommend this property.
I and the rest of our party just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely villa last week. We were delighted with the house and all the many facilities it offered. Because of the many precautions that had been taken, the toddlers were able to play safely and happily under the watchful eye of us adults. The caretakers, too, were friendly and helpful.
It was very well equipped with plenty of space for eight adults and two toddlers. We were blessed with lovely weather too so there was much sun-bathing on the terrace, swimming in the pool and meals enjoyed around the lovely big table outside.
The views from the sun porch and the terrace were magnificent, overlooking the valley all the way to the sea and as far as Antibes. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed lots of time in the pool. It felt very private and special. We went to the village at the top of the hill many times, for dinner at Chantegrill, to buy bread in the morning, and just to enjoy the authentic town. It was also quite easy to drive to Vence, to Nice, the towns along the coast, and the beach at Antibes. I hope we will be fortunate enough to return.
It was very comfortable and spacious.
