You enter this property into a small hallway with door to the garage and a guest toilet. In the garage there is a washing machine, bikes.
There is an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, fridge, dish washer and microwave. The lounge/dining area is spacious with dining room table and 6 chairs, settee, TV and French doors into the garden.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin. There is a family shower room and separate wc.
Outside - gardens front and back, off road paking for 2 cars. Decked back garden with seating and BBQ. The views are amazing!
Prices are weekly and include linen and towels.
Last visited July 2016. This is a lovely modern villanear the beaches for renting in France. It comes with 3 bedrooms a nice kitchen and good sized garden. Great value for a family or friends holidaying together.

The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from nearby in Bouzigues. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometres away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too. Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of France, lying close to the sea but not on it. The Languedoc Coast and beaches are only 5 minutes away by car. There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week.
You can reach this villa for renting in France by taking the A9 to just north of Beziers. Come off at Junction 34 and take the N312 to Agde/Cap d`Agde. Follow the signposts for Agde centre Ville. When you reach the River Herault that flows through the centre of Agde, follow the signposts to Marseillan. You will cross over the River and arrive at a roundabout. Cross straight over the roundabout towards Marseillan.
Marseillan is a 3 minutes drive from both Agde and cap d`Agde.

Lovely, clean and well furnished house with great terrace, well equipped and good size kitchen, located in a quiet street, approx. 10 min walking distance to the lively harbour of Marseillan with it’s many fine restaurants and shops. If you dont want to walk to the local bakery, just take the bike, as we did, and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with great views into the countryside. We have been staying for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We will visit again! Visited June 2017
