Level 3

• The entrance (and parking) is on the third level of the house. There is also a large deck area with stunning views out to sea.

Level 2

This floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a large terrace and balcony overlooking the pool and down to the sea.

• Bedroom 1 is fitted with a large double bed. Patio doors provide access out onto the second floor terrace and balcony.
• Bedroom 2 comes with twin beds. Patio doors provide access to the second floor balcony.
• There is bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC

Level 1

This floor has the main living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

• The large living room comes with large patio windows which provide amazing sea views. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa and armchair, flat screen TV and an upright piano. There is a large dining table which can seat 6-8 people and the stylish kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, hob & oven.
• Next to the living room there is Utility Room with a washing machine
• Bedroom 3 comes with a large double bed, chest of drawers and dressing area with hanging space. Patio doors provide access out onto the first floor balcony and terrace.
• Bedroom 4 has a single bed (with another pull out bed underneath) and a baby cot. Patio doors provide access out onto the first floor balcony.
• The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and a WC.

Ground floor

The ground floor provides access to the fabulous infinity pool and the pool terrace. This floor also has a bathroom and a summer lounge.

• The villa is built on a steep hillside and the landscaped garden comprises over 1000m2 of land. The garden is fully enclosed by a fence.
• The main pool terrace contains an ´L´ shaped infinity swimming pool. This is a salt water pool (no chlorine) and provides stunning views over the Mediterranean sea to the Lerins Islands. 
• Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with sink, fridge, gas BBQ and a patio table with seating for 8 people.
• The villa also comes with 3 further terraces (on Levels 1, 2 & 3) with sea views.
• There are two secure car parking spaces, behind electronic gates.
