Vacation villas in South France - facilities

The villa is laid out over 2 floors and features a large open plan living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor:

Ground floor

• In the living room there is a TV and internet connection. There are two comfortable settees and a coffee table.
• The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs.
• French doors lead out from the living room onto a terrace and courtyard. 
• The  kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the modern appliances that you will need - dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc.
• There is a guest toilet on this floor.

First floor

The first floor has a solid wooden floors throughout and features a lovely gallery above the living room. The 3 bedrooms have nice views out over the garden.

• Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a standard-size double bed and fitted wardrobes
• Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds
• There is a family bathroom and separate toilet. Washing machine.

Outside: the main feature is the large private swimming pool (8m x 4m). The pool can be heated at an additional charge. There is a large garden with a small lawn area, mature trees and plants and a terrace area which also features a BBQ.

The prices for this Cers vacation villa in South France, are weekly and include all utilities, linen and towels. 40€ end of stay cleaning fee.
