There is a large shared pool (12m x 6m), a pool house with summer kitchen and barbecue, Jacuzzi, private parking and children’s play area.

This first floor French home comes with 2 Bedrooms (1 Double + 1 Twin) and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The property is suitable for 2 - 6 people. The holiday home has tiled floors throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, & electric kettle. There is a washing machine & dryer in communal area of building.
The lounge area with is fitted with a settee & full size sofa bed, a flat screen TV (UK & French TV channels ), radio-CD and DVD, with a selection of DVD´s and WiFi internet. Next to the lounge there is a large dining area with pine table & chairs. Patio doors lead out from the living room to a very large balcony (27m2) overlooking the swimming pool and with stunning views of the Cevennes mountains.
Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and en suite bathroom (with WC, shower and hand basin). Bedroom 2, is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and hand basin. There is also a guest toilet with WC and hand basin. A cot & highchair is available if required.
Outside: there is a lovely large swimming pool, BBQ area, pool bar and boules pitch. Private off-road parking.
The monthly rental prices are based on a 6 month rental period. The rental price does not include the utility bills, which are charged separately.

One month´s rent to be paid as a deposit at the time of reseration. Rent to be paid in advance at the start of each month. Rent to be paid in full for reservations of 3 months or less. There is a monthly provision of €120 to be paid towards the utility bills. References maybe required.
