The market is themed around an alpine village and you will see the stalls located in 60 French mountain chalets and an alpine forest constructed from over 600 pine trees.

Spread around the centre of Narbonne on either side of the canal, Narbonne market mainly sells clothing, leather goods, shoes, etc. But there is a wonderful indoor food market that is one of the bestin Languedoc. The food here is excellent, especially the cheese and pate.

The fish stalls are excellent and you will also find plenty of fruit, veg, cheese, cloths, furniture etc. Valras plage is also one of our favourite beaches in the Languedoc.
