The property is located 12kms from the popular town of Eymet and the championship golf course at Château Les Vigiers. The famous wine towns of Bergerac and Saint-Emilion are both 45 mins away and Bordeaux is 70kms.
The house takes its name from an inscription engraved in the stone dating from 1860. The house comes with parking and a large south-facing terrace with lovely views over the surrounding vineyards.
The house has been finished to a very high standard and can be rented on a weekly basis between May to October from €150 per night. The minimum stay is normally 5 nights. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement

Maison Bellair is located on the southern slope of the Dordogne valley in Les Lèves et Thoumeyragues, a small village of 561 inhabitants. The village is 6km south of the medieval bastide of Ste Foy la Grande, on the borders of Périgord and Gironde between Bergerac (30km) and Bordeaux (70km). 25% deposit to be paid at time of reservation. The holiday balance and security deposit (€500) to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for damage.
