Living room

• The spacious living room features a double height ceiling with original oak beams and exposed stone walls. There is a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, as well as a wood burner that keeps the cottage lovely and toasty in the winter months.
• The living room opens out directly onto the private terrace overlooking the pool and countryside beyond.
• There is a mezzanine floor that provides additional storage.

Kitchen

• There is a well-equipped open plan kitchen comes with good quality fixtures and fittings, an electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. 
• Next to the kitchen there is a round dining table that seats 4 people.

Bedroom & bathroom

• The bedroom comes with a King size bed, bedside tables and a clothes rail. It has it\'s own separate doorway opening onto the private terrace. The bedroom has an electric wall heater.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with shower over the bath. Watch the horses grazing in the paddock while you clean your teeth!

Outside

• The private terrace is equipped with table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue overlooking the stunning heated pool and peaceful countryside beyond. The pool is heated between May and September.
• Play petanque/boules on the purpose built pitch under the magnificent oak tree.
• The grounds around the gite have been beautifully landscaped with a range of flowers, shrubs and trees attract an abundance of wildlife. There are miles of beautiful walks and cycling tracks straight from the door.

Le Poirier cottage in Vienne, France, is available for weekly rentals between May to October. The price includes the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
