This French farmhouse to rent is accessed by a long, private drive and is set within a large plot. The farmhouse is laid out over 2 floors and there is a separate annexe with additional sleeping accommodation.

Ground floor

• In the large hallway there is a guest cloakroom with toilet, hand basin and shower.
• In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space.
• There is also a utility room containing washing machine.
• The 2 living rooms offer comfortable living with a wood burner, settees and English TV and DVD player. 

First floor

There are 3 bedrooms in the main farmhouse:

• The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and w.c.
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed and comes with an en-suite shower room and wc
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom
• There is a separate shower room and wc just next to Bedroom 3.

Annexe

In the annexe there are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms:

• Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom and features an en suite shower room
• Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom and also has an en-suite shower room.
• Each bedroom has independent access and these are perfect rooms for family guests or teenage children.

Outside: there is a large south-facing garden, with swimming pool (12m x 6m), summer kitchen and patio area. The garden is very peaceful and quiet and has some lovely views over the local countryside. On the patio in front of the main house there is a set of outside tables and chairs with parasol. Next to the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and the summer kitchen area provides a covered terrace with shade and a Barbecue. The farmhouse comes with plenty of private parking at the rear of the house.
