Cardou Chateau to rent in France - facilities

The Chateau comprises up to 500m2 of living space. The Chateau is laid out over 3 floors.

Ground floor

• The fully fitted kitchen has two ovens, microwave, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses and a full array of pots and pans. The kitchen provides access out onto the terrace
• The Grand dining hall has a massive stone chimney breast, in which you can have a roaring log fire. There is a large dining table which seats up to 16 people. The dining hall provides access out onto the terrace
• A stereo and a 5ft grand piano (in excellent working order) are provided for entertainment.
• There are three bedrooms each with an en-suite bath or shower room. Each bedroom also comes with an adjoining bedroom/dressing room fitted with a single bed. A cot is also available.
• The sitting room has a small open fire, television (with UK Satellite channels + French terrestrial TV) and DVD/video player. The Chateau also comes with 4g Wi-Fi throughout.
• There is a large terrace which is accessed from the ground floor. The terrace comes with tables and chairs.

Lower Ground floor

• There is a fourth bedroom and a separate shower room.
• There is a ping pong table for guests to use in the lower entrance hall.
• There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor

• There are two delightful bedrooms each set in one of the two towers of the Chateau. Both bedrooms come with an adjacent bathroom and have magnificent views up and down the valley.
• There is a huge attic/reception room, with a lofty ceiling, supported by oak beams.
• The final 3 bedrooms are located at the end of the attic. Each bedroom has twin beds.
• There is a bathroom (with 2 showers)

Outside

• The private swimming pool lies between large barns which provide a courtyard feel and a sun trap. The swimming pool can be heated (April-June and September-October).
• The poolside terrace includes a stone table and barbecue.
• The Tennis Court is close by, just up the hill.
• There is parking for several cars.
• 2 very large (lockable) barns can be made available for storage.

Large Chareau to rent in France - prices

The Chateau is available for weekly rentals between June to October. The normal minimum stay is 7 nights. The rental prices are purely for residential accommodation only. Additional charges may apply for hosting large events (such as weddings, corporate events, etc.). Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.
