La Petite Maison is a 3 bedroom gite rentals property situated next to Moulin du Pont, an 18th Century Water Mill. The gite is located in the northern corner of Dordogne, close to Ribérac and 20 mins from Périgueux. The holiday gite comes with a large garden and is surrounded by farmland and rolling hills. The gite comes with a large open plan living room, balcony and a pretty riverside garden and parking.
The gite is available for weekly rentals between April to September from €750 per week.
The gite is over 200 years old and was originally the home of the Water Mill owner. The gite retains many charming features such as the large stone fireplace, exposed beams, whitewashed walls and a stone sink. Although the gite appears small from the outside, inside it offers three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), a large bathroom, a comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen. All three bedrooms come with space to hang and store your clothes.
La Petite Maison can be rented between April to September and the rental price includes the provision of linen, towels and the end of stay cleaning. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.

Bordeaux is 1 hour 40 mins to the South-West.The nearby village of Verteillac has a good range of services including a general store, butchers, bakers, a brocante and a choice of cafes and restaurants. The popular town of Ribérac is a short drive away and here you will find a greater range of supermarkets and services.
