South France holiday rental with pool - facilities

The house is laid out over 2 floors. The house has been lovingly restored over the last few years to guarantee maximum comfort.

First floor

• The beautiful large open plan living room comes with a sleek kitchen, dining area, sitting room and TV lounge. The living room has stunning views over the local countryside from the picture windows.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a large integrated Fridge and a full height freezer, a Miele oven, Microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and induction hob. There is plenty of storage space and lots of cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses
• The dining area can comfortably seat 8-10 people. 
• The sitting room features 2 sofas, 3 armchairs and a coffee table. Patio doors lead out onto the large covered terrace
• There is a TV lounge with Flat screen TV with international channels. The 3 picture windows provide amazing views. 
• The large terrace overlooks the pool and has a couple of tables and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening
• There is a separate WC on this floor also.
• There is a home office/studio space

Lower ground Floor

• The Master bedroom comes with a large King size bed, an en suite shower room and a large dressing room. Patio doors provide direct access to the pool and garden
• Bedroom 2 has a king size double bed and comes with an en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3 comes with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a King size double bed). The beds are extra long to accommodate guest up to 2m tall.
• Bedroom 4 is fitted with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a King size double bed). The beds are extra long to accommodate guest up to 2m tall
• On this floor there is a good sized family bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer
• There is a separate toilet.

Outside

• The 10m x 6m private swimming pool is a perfect place to cool down after a day of adventure.
• The house is situated on a large plot (1600m2)  with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the summer sun.
• The well equipped summer kitchen next to the pool is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, sink and dishwasher, there is also a large Gas BBQ.
• The house has off-road parking for several cars
• There are 2 bikes available for guests

Villa rentals South France - prices

The villa is available for weekly rentals between June and September. The prices includes linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. There is a €500 security deposit and all guests are required to be covered by travel insurance.
