Layout and copy

Go Languedoc reserves the right to determine the final layout, design and functionality of the web site. Go Languedoc can edit copy or amend layouts or photographs supplied, should it be considered necessary (See Advertise with Go Languedoc for more details).

Accuracy

Wherever possible we work hard to ensure that all information contained on Go Languedoc is accurate and up to date. However Go Languedoc can not accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser’s part from information supplied and received in good faith. The advertiser indemnifies Go Languedoc against all costs, expenses and losses arising from a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.

Photographs

Go Languedoc will make every effort to safeguard materials supplied but cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss if they are required to be returned.

Liability

Go Languedoc does not claim that their web site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event will Go Languedocbe liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages caused to their property(s) including lost profits.

Copyright

It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure they have copyright or necessary permission to use the images and copy you send to us for use on the web site. Go Languedoc cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from materials supplied by the advertisers. Go Languedoc reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to addresses of other web sites from advertisers’ pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

Termination of advert

Go Languedoc has the right to refuse an advert for their web site. If Go Languedoc receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertisers property, Go Languedoc reserves the right to remove the property from the database.

Rental Properties

Go Languedoc cannot be held responsible for any problems arising relating to the property the client has rented. Go Languedoc is not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer renting the property.

Online Marketing

Go Languedoc reserves the right to publicise your property or business on other websites/online services and publishing media. Go Languedoc will not charge you for this service. Go Languedoc is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information submitted to other websites/publishing media.

Booking commission payment

Go Languedoc does not charge property owners for advertising their property on the website. Only when a booking is made is a booking commission levied. The booking commission is 10% of the total rental price. Payment to Go Languedoc must be in either euros (via a French cheque or credit transfer) or in UK pounds sterling (via a cheque from a UK bank or a credit transfer). You can also pay instantly by credit card through our Paypal account (but here is be a 4% charge for this option).

Advertising payments

Go Languedoc charges a flat fee of €35 per annum for Hotels and Chambres d'Hotes adverting on the website. Businesses taking part in Go Languedoc's "Recommendations" service pay an annual membership fee of between €35-€100 (determined by the volume of web-based marketing involved. Payment to Go Languedoc must be in either euros (via a French cheque or credit transfer) or in UK pounds sterling (via a cheque from a UK bank or a credit transfer). You can also pay instantly by credit card through our Paypal account (but there is a 4% charge for this option).

Legal jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by UK Law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts to rule on any disputes. Go Languedoc reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
