Go Languedoc specialises in promoting the Languedoc as a holiday destination and place to live. We earn our income from our booking commissions for vacation rental properties and advertising fees for Hotels and Chambres d'Hotes.

Advertising policy

We only promote holiday accommodation that we are happy to recommend. We like to visit all of our properties to find out as much information as possible, take our own high pixel digital images and get a feel for the target market that will want to stay in the accommodation. With your help we then design a high quality property description and start marketing your property on the Go Languedoc website and other online sources. We will also discuss your booking requirements and any special deals that you may offer to attract more rental income.

Languedoc holiday homes advertising rates

There is no up front charge for advertising your Languedoc holiday homes on Go Languedoc. We take a low 10% booking administration fee for confirmed reservations. For long term lets (in excess of 3 weeks) our booking administration fee is capped at €100 for up ro 3 months or €200 for 3 months or more.

For Hotels and Chambres d'Hotes we charge an annual fee of €35. We are also flexible to work on a commission-only basis.
