On the first floor of the Villa there are 3 large double bedrooms (1 en suite) all opening onto a spacious south facing terrace with lovely views. On the Villa's ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, opening onto terrace and pool. The kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a large sitting/dining room with a TV and video. The sitting room opens onto a terrace with a BBQ and access to the swimming pool. The Villa's swimming pool has a fitted security fence, making Villa Picasso an ideal location for families with young children.

The long term villa rental is also veryconvenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. South France villa rental is also within easy striking distance of Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes & Narbonne.

South France long term rental is situated in a quiet residential area of Pezenas, just10 minutes walk into the centre of this historical town. Pezenas has a population of about 8000 and is situated in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France. Pezenas was once the Capital of Languedoc and was also home to the famous French playwright - Moliere.  Pezenas has several bakeries, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Champion grocery on the main road through Pezenas for larger shopping expeditions. TheS aturday market in Pezenas is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food .The Mediterranean beaches from Cap d'Agde to Sete are 20 minutes away.
