1st floor - bedroom 14m2 with 2 single beds, bedside lamps, 2 wardrobes with Draws.  Bathroom 5m2, w.c. wash basin, shower cubicle 90cm x 140cm.  Bedroom 14.5m2 with 1 large double bed, bedside lamps, in built wardrobe with shelves.

OUTSIDE -  Communal garden,  800m2 with established flower beds and large oak tree. A parking place is provided.  Private Terrace 75m2, wood decking type terrace areas around outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, 4.1m Diameter and 1.1m deep above ground wooden Swimming Pool, outdoor furniture. The terrace area has wood panel fencing 1.8m high to offer complete privacy.

Gites South of France with pool are ideally situated for skiing, the beaches and the sites of the Languedoc.  Recently renovated to a high standard the accommodation offers comfort for 6 people, a swimming pool, wifi and garden.  If you are a large group there are 2 gites available to rent.

Within 15km of the gites South of France with pool is pony trekking, canyoning, rafting, kayaking, you can go on guided walks, visit hstorical sites, wine tasting, visit museums, eat in restaurants serving regional Catalan cuisine  At the coast you can scuba dive & snorkel, jet ski, wind surf, sailing, you can get boat hire & pleasure boat day trips.  The Pyrenees Mountains are close by where you can go on guided walks on the Canigou Mountain.  You can visit historical sites such as Villefrance-de-Conflent and Fort Liberia or go on the famous “little yellow train," The old historic town of Perpignan is 20 minutes away with its shops and restaurants.  These Gites South of France with pool are within 40 minutes to ski slopes.

At Ille-sur-Tet there are many small boutiques, a supermarket (Carrefour) and many cafes and small restaurants. A little further (about 6km) is Thuir that is a little more upmarket with plenty of restaurants and artisan shops, it also has a good market every Saturday. There are two restaurants in Corbere just up the road, a pizzeria and a grill restaurant called La Courtalet it is not cheap but the food is fantastic.

Gites South of France policies:  All service charges included (electricity, water, gas and solid fuel in the winter months). WIFI Internet access is available within the communal garden area.  1 complete set of bed linen per bed and one bath towel per guest will be provided and is included in the price.  There is no charge for cleaning as we shall clean the property upon your departure. However we do expect the cottage to be left in the condition is was found and all contents and furniture replaced to their original positions.  Strictly no animals allowed.We charge a breakage deposit of 500 Euros. This will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure minus any deductions for major breakages only. Payment Terms are 30% deposit on booking, 70% final balance + breakage deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival.
