The house is only 25km from the sandy beaches of the Med.

The holiday home in France offers a large living room with wide sociable sitting corner, Fireplace, satellite TV with DVD, Large dining table and modern American style kitchen fully equipped with, halogen hobb, dishwasher, electric oven, large fridge and coffee machine. On the first floor there is a library with books, DVDs and a desk to work on.

Connected to the large hallway there are 4 bedrooms each with 2 single box spring beds for maximum sleep comfort and relaxation during your holiday. One separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, double wash basin and toilet. Also available in the house is free internet access by means of WiFi.

Holiday home in France is situated in the surroundings of Argeles sur Mer close to the Mediterranean sea behind the medieval village of Ceret. Vert Vallon is a beautiful green valley with lots of peace and tranquillity but with all necessities such as shops nearby. Bakery at 900 meters, Lidle at a 2 minute drive and the Intermarche, Laundry and Champion at only a 5 minutes drive.

The long beach of Argeles sur Mer with its Sociable Boulevard and beautiful yacht harbour is only 25km away. The lake in Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Cortsthat can be found on only 10 minutes away from the house.
Reynes is in the region Languedoc Roussillon in the department Pyrénées -Orientales is the ideal place to make trips to beautiful fortified villages such as Collioure next to the Mediterranean Sea, Perpignan and Carcassonne, the latter can be found on the world heritage list of Unesco and draws annually 3 million tourists. Spain is very easy to reach (10 minutes) and day trips to Barcelona with the Sagrada Familia, Gerona with its historical streets and its superb cathedral, Cadaqués or Figueres with its museum of Salvador Dali are great places to visit for a day trip.
