The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms,a spiral staircase leads up throughout the gite. All the levels of the gite enjoy views and sunshine. The entry level also has the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and sink. The second level, premiere etage, is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC and basin. The third level, deuxieme etage, has the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen, newly renovated has a fridge, electric oven, range with halogen burners and a microwave, and is well equipped. The dining room has a table with chairs four up to six. The lounge area has four comfortable armchairs and huge French windows that look to the view. There is a CD and tape. The fourth level, is also a double bedroom and can be set up with twin beds or as a king size. It has an ensuite bathroom (shower, WC, basin). There is a skylight and from the window at this level there is a wonderful view of Pezenas.

Last visited March 2009. This vacation rental is ideal if you want to find self-catering accommodation in the heart of Pezenas. Pezenas itself is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. The vacation rental is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. The gite is also within easy striking distance of Montpellier, Beziers & Narbonne. So if you are looking for a vacation rental with charm in the heart of Pezenas, then Joseph Cambon is for you.

Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8000. It is in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France a vast winemaking area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Champion grocery for larger shopping expeditions. The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food. It's less than a block from the house. The oldest part of town has explanatory signs in several languages to direct tourists. The Mediterranean beaches from Cap d'Agde to Sete are 20 minutes away, where one can dine on fresh oysters and a glass of Picpoul de Pinet!

Vacation rental Pezenas booking policies are as follows.  There is a 200 Euro deposit 90 days in advance to hold the booking. The final payment is to be made 60 days in advance. If there is a cancellation and we are able to rent the space all monies will be refunded. Fees for initial greeting and orientation, cleaning and laundry are included, there are no extra charges for linens, cleaning electricity or water. The deposit will be credited to the rental cost. Payment can be made in any currency.
