Bedroom 1, on the first floor has bunk beds and a single bed and can sleep 3. Bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has a double bed and has fantastic views of the vineyards. Bedroom three also on the second floor has a double bed. Both double bedrooms lead onto a private sun terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.

In the living room there is a bed sette, dining room table and chairs, the kitchen is well equiped and contains microwave, fridge, oven, hob and toaster. There is a washing machine in the garage. Also on this floor is a shower room with toilet. There is also another well equipped kitchen on the ground floor with fridge, hob, mini oven, seating and a little balcony.

Last visited June 2009. A well equipped and well situated holiday house rental.  The property also benefits from a private sun terrace and many original features.  Nezignan L'Eveque is well situated for teh beaches and sites of Lnaguedoc.

The delightful village of Nezignan L'Eveque is in the picturesque Languedoc Roussillon region of southern France. Village amenities include a baker, a newsagent, a hairdresser, a general store, a hotel and bar. The A9 motorway is just 5km away. Good motorway and rail access.

The village is close to sandy Mediterranean beaches (nearest coastal resorts include Cap d'Agde, Sete, Agde, with miles of beautiful beaches to choose from). Also within striking distance are lakes (Lac Salagou), mountains (Cevennes, Black Mountains and Pyrenees), historic cities (Nimes, Arles, Carcassonne and Narbonne), golf, canoeing and cycling.

The nearest town is Pezenas (2 km), once the home of playwright Moliere; with its period architecture & a great choice of restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques & a super Saturday market. There is an outdoor swimming pool (3) in Pezenas open in July and August .

The Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESO is 15 minutes away. Places to visit include, for example, Andorra and Barcelona (both approximately 4 hours' drive)
