It sleeps 8-10 in 4 bedrooms and there is a large terrace for dining and a pool. This French villa holiday home is in the village of Roujan - which has all the amenities including a couple of bars, restaurants, bakers and small supermarkets. The village tennis courts are right next to the villa. The historical town of Pezenas is a 5 minute drive away.

On the third floor of the French holiday home there is 1 double (king sized bed) bedroom with optional en suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms - 1 double (with 4 poster bed), 1 twin - with possible en suite or separate bathroom.

Second floor - large kitchen - dining table for 8 people, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and space for ironing equipment.

Living room - with 2 sofas (one a sofa bed) TV and access onto the large terrace with table and chairs and BBQ for al fresco dining.

First floor - large area for games (full size table tennis table) with mezzanine and a double bedroom, shower room with w.c. and another separate toilet. It is possible to sleep on the mezzanine too.

Outside - terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, garden and private pool (2x4m.)

Last visited January 2012. This French villa rental has all you need for a relaxing self catering holiday in the South of France. A large house that can sleep up to 10 in 4 bedrooms, a terrace and pool. Wonderful original features throughout, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Roujan itself has good amenities and is 5 minutes form Pezenas and 30 minutes form the beaches. A good location to explore all the sites of the Languedoc region.

This French villa holiday home is in the village of Roujan where there are 2 bars, a delicatessen, 2 bakers, pharmacy, grocery store, butchers. There are a couple of restaurants in the village and close by with numerous restaurants in Pezenas. There are a wealth of things to do and see within one hour of this Roujan house; seaside beaches or mountain tours; walking or cycling in wooded hillsides; tennis courts in the village; wine tasting; local village festivals and markets; local castles, abbeys and monuments; the historic town of Pezenas - 'Moliere's town' - just 5 mins away with a fantastic market; ancient villages of Roquebrun and Olargues up in the Orb valley; St Guilhem le Desert, famous fortified hill village; Les Bouzigues fishing village on the Etang du Thau famous for its oysters and moules; the Canal du Midi; the famous citadel of Carcassonne and Montpellier. Half an hour from beaches at Valras Plage, Serignan. Valras plage has many cafes and restaurants. Horse riding and karting is available at both.
