Apartment Campagnard is in Mas Pauline which is a small hotel on top of a mountain surrounded by forest with stunning views of the mountains and countryside surrounding Ceret.  This accommodation, France is great for a holiay near Ceret and Spain.  You have full use of the hotel's facilities including 2 swimming pools (outside) restaurant, play area and wifi internet access.  There is also a small gym with jacuzzi and archery available (€5pp supplement.)  The surroundings are stunning and this really is a 'get away from it all' location yet you are 20 minutes to Ceret and the coast.

Accommodation in France, holiday apartment is for 6-8 people (90m2.)  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed. The double bedroom has an en-suite with shower, basin and w.c.  There is a further bathroom with hydro shower and w.c. 

The holiday apartment has a large lounge with feature fireplace, seating and a bed settee.  There is a dining room table and chairs and TV.  the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hob and grill.

Outside is a private terrace with table and chairs but you can also acceess the shared interior court yard with wonderful Mediterranean plants.

Last visited April 2009.  Mas Pauline is in a stunning location at the top of a mountain, in the forest with wonderful views.  The apartment is comfortable and practical and offers full use of the hotel's facilities. If you don't want to cook one night you can use the restaurant or have take away pizza.  A great location for walkers and cyclists.  Be aware the last 3km is on an un-adopted road. Accommodation in France, holiday apartment is a real 'get away from it all' experience.

Accommodation, France holiday apartment is near the town of Ceret which is a short distance by car nestling into the  mountain range - with cobbled lanes,cafes, restaurants and the art gallery which draws people all year round to their exhibitions.  Artists from all across France and Catalan Spain have regularly exhibited their work here, including Picasso, Matisse and Dali.  There are many small galleries, artistic groups, workshops and classes to be found. The colourful Saturday market is bustling and lively with local produce; wine, honey, cheese, with musicians entertaining the visitors.

The nearby coastal towns of Argeles and St. Cyprien offer all the usual coastal facilities; shops, restaurants, bars with over 3 miles of wide sandy beach flanked by a flat promenade walk.  A visit to Collioure, an historic picturesque coastal fishing village is a must.

Surrounding Mas Pauline are wonderful walks and cycle routes.

Accommodation, France, holiday apartment booking policies are as follows.  Arrivals are Saturday after 16h and departure before 10am.  Upon reservation we require a €120 deposit, balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.  A €200 security deposit is required.
