The rural gite is set in a 3500 meter garden planted with various trees and views across the Orb valley to the hills beyond, This rural gite is an ideal site for walkers and nature lovers or for people who just want some peace and quiet!

On the ground floor you enter into the living room, with seating for 4, wood burning stove, CD and TV (French channels only.) This leads onto a double bedroom with hanging space and the bathroom. Thus the property is ideal if you have mobility issues. The kitchen is also on this floor and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave oven/grill. There is a table and chairs for four.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with sleeping for 3 people - a double and a single bed. The house has electric wall heaters and a wood burning stove so is suitable for a winter long term let. Please note there is no phone line at the property.

Outside:

There is another WC and shower in a small outhouse attached to the house; and a washing machine.

A large garden with garden furniture is available including sunloungers and deckchairs and the terrace has dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is a BBQ, several fruit trees, shrubs, olive trees and amazing views.

The village is a 15 minuite walk away or a short car journey. Pets are welcome.

Last visited November 2008. This rural gite is an ideal site for a long term let in the South of France. It is rural and quiet and has amazing views. The gite itself is rustic and is fully equipped to cater for up to 5 people. Pets are welcome and as it has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom it is suitable for people with mobility problems. This house is ideal for a writer or artist to spend an extended holiday or to come and work, very quiet and beautiful.
