There are three bedrooms: one ground floor single bedroom with toilet and sink (shower room across the landing) Second floor en suite (bath and shower) double bedroom and a loft double bed en suite (shower) bedroom with wood burning stove heating

The living room has bed settee so could sleep another couple. Large open plan area with satellite TV, armchairs, dining table/chairs, breakfast bar, kitchen, balcony and wide open view across the valley and vineyards to the river and hills.

On the top floor, off-shot from loft, there is a small office with internet connection.

Second floor landing: Spacious area suitable for sewing table / office space.

Heating is by electric heaters and a wood burning stove.

At the rear of house there is a stable door with wisteria, jasmine and honeysuckle round it opens out onto a quiet back lane that's bathed in sunshine in the afernoon and evenings, even in Winter. You can take a small table and chairs out to enjoy the quiet and the birds in late afternoons. You can have barbeques here. There is also a small balcony. Access to a private garden near the river within a 10 min walk.
