The very comfortable accommodation, which is over three floors, consists of a very well equipped new kitchen with doors opening out onto fully walled courtyard offering private and quiet space for sunbathing and relaxing. The property sleeps 6 in comfort.

French long term rentals has a large lounge with wide screen TV offering French and English channels, a DVD is also provided along with a selection of DVD's for various tastes and there is a dining area. There is a fully fitted new kitchen on this floor too.

The first floor has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a shower room with toilet on this floor.

The second floor provides a deluxe bedroom suite boasting en-suite bathroom fitted with corner bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and a delightful vanity unit with spotlights. The bedroom itself is large and very light and airy with views to the church and rooftops. There is ample storage space, electric points and lighting throughout the house! The house is painted in neutral colours and is very restful and light.

Outside - The courtyard is equipped with BBQ, table and chairs and lighting to facilitate al fresco dining both day and night.

Last visited Sep 2009. You will enjoy the peaceful scenery around Pepieux and there is plenty to do and see in this picturesque part of Southern France. The property is refurbished to a high standard on 3 floors, it is spacious for 6 people. The large courtyard is a great space for dining and sun bathing. Whether you are house hunting or on an extended holiday this property is a great choice.

French long term rentals is situated in a rich and varied region, surrounded by vineyards with the Montagne Noir to the North and the Pyrenees to the South. A wonderful area for walking and cycling. Just outside the village is a leisure lake for swimming, wind surfing and picnics. 40 minutes by car from the wonderful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. The famous canal du Midi, with its' shaded tow-paths for walking or cycling is close by. The historic village of Minerve with its ramparts and deep canyons is a major attraction, as are the Cathar castles and the restored medieval walled city of Carcassonne.
