Entrance hall and mezzanine with access to all the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto the terrace.
There are two sitting rooms with comfortable seating, one with fireplace with an insert the other is prepared for kids with toys and games, big table for drawing and playing. Television with DVD/video and some films. There is a dining room with a large table, seating up to sixteen people comfortably.

From the south-facing terrace, there is a wonderful view of the garden and the village lake. There you will find tables and chairs. There are sun beds around the pool. In the middle of the pool, which is 1m 35 deep, there is an island with a palm tree.

The south-facing garden is well stocked with lavender, palms, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants; one pond; and plenty of space to enjoy a leisurely stroll or just to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
The house overlooks a lake which is well stocked with fish, including carp, only two minutes walk from the house. If you prefer other sports, we also have a petanque pitch.
